Impeccable cleanliness made for a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, I faced some noise disturbances at night from the nearby bars which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. the staff at breakfast seemed inexperienced, as they would hover around too much waiting for me to finish eating, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Although the location was perfect for access to local attractions, the noise definitely impacted the overall experience.

the location of the kapetanios bay hotel was perfect, right at the start of the main walking street. the lobby and pool area were nice and newly renovated. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making our family feel welcome. our standard twin room was clean and comfy. It had a fridge and kettle which was a nice touch. there were plenty of sun beds available at the pool, and we never had trouble finding a spot.

however, the noise from nearby bars during the night got pretty annoying, and sometimes it made it hard to sleep. also, the bathroom could use some updates since it seemed a bit dated.

I was genuinely impressed with the budget-friendly vibe without sacrificing any quality at this gem! The modern, clean Superior Twin Room was an absolute delight, and the daily towel service kept things fresh. Plus, who could resist the fun vibe of the swim-up bar in the adult pool area, perfect for sipping drinks while soaking up the sun?

the kapetanios was a great hotel located right at the start of the protaras strip, with tons of restaurants and pubs just steps away. the superior twin room was modern and clean, and the friendly staff made my stay even better. the pool area was fantastic, especially the swim-up bar in the adults-only section, which was a perfect spot to unwind.

the reception area could use some updates.

I had a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and great food options that made each meal enjoyable. The outdoor pool was perfect for lounging and the massage services were just what I needed to unwind. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The fast check-in process and thoughtful room amenities, like complimentary tea and coffee, made a great impression. Watching the sunset from the pool area was a highlight. For future guests, grab a sunbed early and enjoy the pool bar's delicious snacks!

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was decent and had everything we needed like a fridge and kettle. The bed was comfy and they cleaned it daily, which I appreciated. But the lift was tiny and kind of a pain with my pram. it was clean, just a bit basic for my taste. Noise from nearby bars was noticeable, but it didn’t bother me too much since we were out enjoying the nightlife anyway.

Clean rooms with modern decor, nice pool area, and friendly staff. Noisy nights due to nearby bars. Small bathrooms with dated fittings. Onsite billiards for entertainment is a plus.

Had an awesome time! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The poolside snack bar was such a win, especially for quick bites during sunbathing. One night, though, the noise from nearby places was a bit too loud, making it hard to catch some z's. Otherwise, everything was on point!

Unfortunately, the bathroom was cramped, making it difficult to move, and there was a distinct smell from the quilt cover, which wasn't ideal. Some rooms faced the strip, subjecting guests to loud music from bars until the early hours, leading to disturbed sleep. Breakfast options felt basic and repetitive, lacking the variety that could elevate the start of the day. The Wi-Fi connection was also hit or miss, with better reception found near the pool than in other areas of the hotel. the sound insulation was less than stellar, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to seep through, which could be a nuisance for light sleepers.

Oh man, the Red Indian American Diner was the real deal! The burgers were juicy, and those sweet biscuits—don’t get me started! Made my taste buds dance. Plus, the pool area had ample space and was just perfect for a chill day under the sun.

The tiny bathroom situation was a bit of a squeeze, and my first room's party side view had me ready to throw in the towel due to the noise. Thankfully, the staff stepped in and switched me at midnight, which was a lovely save!
